Tools!

Now tools!

1. I need to buy trainers well running shoes!
2. I need to monitor my development so I will try one virtual web trainer @ traineo
3. I might try the nike+ipod trainer too just to make sure.
4. Shorts ? erm no.

Things I will quit!

1. Chocolate bars.
2. Kebabs (Takeaways in general)
3. More to come..

Targets!

1. General Physical change (bearbelly , lovehandles)
2. Fitter (able to run without losing my breath in first 5 mins)
3. Overall Weight loss (didn’t decide how much yet)
