second run went quite alright and boring!, I might change the route had good dinner and resisted pizza but all and all went good..

the day after, day after
Okai was very hungry last night but resisted takeaways , had a mango :( like half past 11 .
This morning I totaly forgot about the whole thing and bought a big choco chip muffin and sat on my desk after i got me a big glass of hot choco , unwrapped it and as i was about to eat it , my trusty fellow nerd MitchMan stopped me!! (hope you enjoying my muffin!@£$%£@).
So again we got some running to do this evening will post details and I was thinking of changing routes umh we'll see

First run!
Okai first of all my scincere apology I didn't start yesterday like I promised , but I just ran the agreed route .

Horray! Horray!
- I am not as tired as I though I'd be.
- I've done the course in approx 17 mins.
- I've done about 40 situps.
- I've done about 30 push ups.
- I'll do it again.
- I'll run for 3 month and if I don't see results I'll quit.
- I'll run Sundays , Tuesdays and Thursdays (maybe more).
- I'll quit takeaways and an sweet chocoates.

okai thanks to my lovely wife i came across www.walkjogrun.net and I managed to get me a decent route for now.
click here to see it , its 1.76 miles and i'll burn roughly around 260 calories not sure how long will it take me but oh well for now this must do!!

2. I need to monitor my development so I will try one virtual web trainer @ traineo
3. I might try the nike+ipod trainer too just to make sure.
4. Shorts ? erm no.

Okai so I decided to take up running.
I am Mohamed from London and I weight around the 100kg but I decided to take up running, so like any self respected geek I will research it and make a plan what is the best way to accomplish my targets which are not yet fully set yet!
