- I am not as tired as I though I'd be.
- I've done the course in approx 17 mins.
- I've done about 40 situps.
- I've done about 30 push ups.
- I'll do it again.
- I'll run for 3 month and if I don't see results I'll quit.
- I'll run Sundays , Tuesdays and Thursdays (maybe more).
- I'll quit takeaways and an sweet chocoates.
