First run!

Okai first of all my scincere apology I didn't start yesterday like I promised , but I just ran the agreed route .
  1. I am not as tired as I though I'd be.
  2. I've done the course in approx 17 mins.
  3. I've done about 40 situps.
  4. I've done about 30 push ups.
  5. I'll do it again.
So I guess I got some decesions I got to make..

  1. I'll run for 3 month and if I don't see results I'll quit.
  2. I'll run Sundays , Tuesdays and Thursdays (maybe more).
  3. I'll quit takeaways and an sweet chocoates.
Maybe I should get any of these..
