I am Mohamed from London and I weight around the 100kg but I decided to take up running, so like any self respected geek I will research it and make a plan what is the best way to accomplish my targets which are not yet fully set yet!
So this is what I am going to research
- Targets : weekly / daily / monthly ?
- Equipment what works what doesn't ?
- Running plans ? by distance by time ?
- when could I run / how often could I run ?
- when to start ? 28th June 2008.
