Introduction!

Okai so I decided to take up running.

I am Mohamed from London and I weight around the 100kg but I decided to take up running, so like any self respected geek I will research it and make a plan what is the best way to accomplish my targets which are not yet fully set yet!

So this is what I am going to research

  1. Targets : weekly / daily / monthly ?
  2. Equipment what works what doesn't ?
  3. Running plans ? by distance by time ?
  4. when could I run / how often could I run ?
  5. when to start ? 28th June 2008.
